Timeframe & Condition of Items

• Start your return here and follow the prompts. 
• You have 15 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• Please make sure items are free from odours, pet hair and marks.

Refunds

• Refunds incur a $15 handling & shipping fee.
• Funds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive, inspect and approve your return.
• Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Exchanges & Store Credit

• Free shipping - we cover the cost both ways.
• Exchanges are for the same item in a different size only.
• If your size isn’t available, you’ll receive store credit.  
• Gifted items: Eligible for store credit or size exchange.  

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email help@caffirmations.com.au with clear photos within 48 hours so we can sort it out quickly.

• Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Use a mild detergent and wash with like colours only.
• Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or soak the item.
• Hang dry only. Avoid dry cleaning.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Avoid direct sunlight to preserve the fabric.
• Do not iron.
• Some colours may fade over time. For best results, pre-wash in cold water with one tablespoon of salt to improve colour fastness.
