Caffirmations Returns & Refund Policy
We believe in thoughtful purchases and high-quality products that last, so we’ve kept our returns process simple and fair for everyone.
Quick Overview
We accept returns within 15 days for exchanges, store credit, or refunds. Refund shipping incurs a flat $15 handling and shipping fee. All size exchanges or store credit returns include free shipping, covered by us. To start a return, simply click here or the "view your order" link in your original confirmation email and follow the prompts.
How it Works
- You have 5 days from receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached, and free from odours, pet hair, or marks.
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be refunded unless faulty.
- We accept returns of gifted items for store credit or size exchanges. Please note that refunds are not available for gifts.
Refunds, Store Credit and Exchanges
- Refund requests incur a flat $15 handling and shipping fee.
- Exchanges and Store Credit shipping is covered by us.
- For exchanges, you will receive store credit or a size swap. Once we’ve received your package and confirmed it's in its original condition with all tags and packaging, we’ll ship your requested size and email you a confirmation.
- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size only. If unavailable, you will be issued a store credit.
- For refunds and store credit, send the item back to us. Once we’ve confirmed it’s in its original condition with all tags and packaging, we’ll process your request.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please email help@caffirmations.com.au with clear photos within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can sort it out.
Important to Note
- If your return does not meet our returns policy, it will be sent back to you, and you will be charged for return postage.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy (unworn, unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached).
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
