    First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, please contact our support team with the name and email used at checkout.

    3. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
    We process orders quickly, but reach out to us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we can’t make any changes.

    4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days.

    5. I received the wrong item or something is missing, what now?

    3. When will I receive my refund?
    Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll get an email confirmation when it’s complete.
